Project Nature (T26): Act as a team leader to secure timely delivery of in-house / outsourced software application and IT system development projects with good quality.
Duties: Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the CAD;Take lead in the administration and further development of the existing CAD Big Data Analytics Platform, including SAS Viya, SAS Visual Analytics and the MS SQL database platform;Assist divisions in creating big data reporting dashboards and figuring out big data analytics solutions to meet the operational requirements;Take lead in designing and developing software tools and prototypes, in particular for big data analytics applications;Support various technical activities in IT system development projects, including system implementation and testing;Assist Information Technology Manager in managing in-house / outsourced IT system development projects and the associated procurement;Assist in daily administration routines in Information Technology Management Unit.Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp: 4.0

Requirements: Degree holder;Familiar with software application development, database management, data analytics and Government procurement process.Technical Skills: At least 1.5 years' experience in IT Application Development and Management (ADM);At least 6 months' experience in business intelligence/data mining (BDM);1 year's experience in Security Risk Assessment and Audit (SAA) is an advantage;6 months' experience in Data Management (DMT) is an advantage.Non-technical Skills: At least 1.5 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV);At least 1 year's experience in Government procurement/disposal procedures (GPD);1 year's experience in Government tendering procedures (GTP) is an advantage;1 year's experience in managing Government projects (MGP) is an advantage.Education: Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent;
Experience: At least 4 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 1 year's relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
