Your impact
The Contract Manager is responsible for administration of the contractors' package contracts. This position assists with the development comprehensive and compliant processes, plans, templates, logs, and policies and procedures for contract lifecycle from Award through implementation and close-out. This position is an expert regarding their assigned contract packages to facilitate adherence to contract requirements.Responsibilities Include:Contract Manager assists with development of a timeline for the development of contracts;Develops and maintains various monthly reports associated with the management of the program;Reviews charges to projects and takes necessary steps to correct variances or deficiencies;Reviews project schedules and may escalate construction contract issues for resolution;Assists in providing project budget information on a weekly / monthly basis and as needed;Maintains processes and ensures financial accountability and appropriate monitoring of contract / subcontract expenditures;Assists with the processing and approval of payment vouchers, analyzes errors, and makes corrections;Assists with post construction contract activities and close out.
Here's what you'll need
Bachelor's Degree in relevant field from an accredited university or college;Substantial (5 to 10) years of experience in business, contract, or project administration, or in construction management, engineering, planning, or related field;Skill with applying standards related construction, constructability review processes and practices, and problem resolution methods;Ability to effectively utilize and interface with computers and software applications including commonly available financial and construction document management platforms;Skill in Excel sufficient to manage or update logs and spreadsheets;Effective stakeholder communication and negotiation skills;Fluency in English and Italian.Ideally, you'll also have:Relevant advanced degree, such as Master of Business Administration;Familiarity with applying engineering construction principles and practices, and quality assurance and quality control methods;Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across different cultures.Please submit your resume in English.
