Our Center of Excellence Implementatiom is looking for a YOU ACT Monitoring the project from a contractual and commercial perspective, in cooperation with all involved international SMS companies; Implementation of end-to-end contract management, financial management, project cost controlling, risk and claims management, completion dates and renewal dates of contracts, warranties, insurances, bonds etc; Management and coordination of contractually compliant communication with the customer and all contractual partners; Ensure the application and compliance with relevant contractual stipulations in change order management and claims administration; Develop Extension-of-Time strategies in accordance with contractual conditions; Support in settlement of the claims in relation with relevant company departments by proposing strategies and actions; Participate in the commercial / contractual negotiations during entire project life cycle; Ensuring the proper processing and implementation of the commercial contract contents; Maintaining project overview & ensuring commercial project success; Operate and up-date the Project Risk Management System as per applicable project guidelines Consolidate, analysis and prepare monthly reporting of all contracts; Carrying out monthly project reporting to the steering committee and management; Preparation and coordination of consortium contracts and commercial management of consortiums including payment release, change management, claims management.
YOU KNOW You have completed a degree in economics or a comparable qualification.
What is also important to us is: Several years of professional experience and success with a track record in a comparable work and industry environment, ideally combined with construction site experience; Very good knowledge of commercial project management and international contract law; Interest in commercial/contractual topics and affinity for numbers; High social skills and ability to work in a team / leadership experience in an international commercial team; Fluent written and spoken English skills (knowledge of another foreign language is advantageous); Analytical thinking skills as well as a structured and independent way of working; Good knowledge of common MS Office applications, as well as experience in dealing with SAP; Resilience & Flexibility; Willingness to travel worldwide.
