We are looking for a highly motivated Contract Logistics Quality Specialist to join us in our Nogara for 12 months.Your RoleThe Contract Logistics Quality Specialist works within the Contract Logistics Function.
Contract Logistics provides innovative end-to-end warehousing and distribution solutions carried out to scale in a structured and standardized manner to optimize supply chain operations for our customers.
Is part of the Quality Department and supports to check and ensure that product and service compliance are up to quality standards and laws.Your ResponsibilitiesQuality ManagementSupport to fill up daily inspection reportsHelp to fulfill documents for the specifications of packaging materials.Product and services' inspection and approvalCollaborate to perform routine acknowledgement by signing off a variety of records (calibration, temperature, pest control record, etc.)
and routine inspection for warehouse compliance (if necessary)Is accountable for the follow-up of control data analysis activitiesAssists in starting and packaging materials (including quality of final packaging) and intermediate, bulk, and finished productsInternal audit program managementSupport in internal auditsQSHE Department supportOffer support on a need basis to analyse and provide requested data to QSHE Department to pass certifications and ensure compliance to standards and lawsYour Skills and Experiences1-2 years of experience in process quality managementKnowledge of ISO 9001 and HACCP is a huge plusFluent knowledge of English and native ItalianWillingness and previous experience in working in a warehouse or production environmentAttention and empathy to the customer's needWillingness to travel short routes occasionally to cooperate with other Kuehne+Nagel sitesGood Reasons to JoinPassion and willingness to be part of a diverse, multicultural, and dynamic team are a must to us!
