We are looking for a highly motivated Contract Logistics Quality & Regulatory Specialist to join us in our Mantua warehouse.
We are creating a 130,000 sqm state-of-the-art, fully automated warehouse that will handle logistics services for our client adidas and serve 19 countries across Eastern and Southern Europe.

In this case, She/He will operate for adidas Campus South, our new fully automated warehouse located in Mantua, which, with over 130,000 square metres, will represent an unparalleled example of excellence and innovation in automated technology operations.
Working as part of the Quality team, the Contract Logistics Quality & Regulatory Specialist will be responsible for overseeing Quality Assurance activities and defining quality procedures to ensure that the products/services offered meet corporate and regulatory standards.
Additionally, he/she will oversee designing and delivering training programs aimed at enhancing staff skills and ensuring adherence to quality processes.
With this aim, She/He will strictly collaborate with Operations, to share information and proper practices to operate correctly to ensure an efficient goods workflow.Your ResponsibilitiesQuality AssuranceConduct internal audits and periodic process assessments to identify and address potential issuesDraft and maintain up-to-date process documents and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)Collaborate with production, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure quality procedures are followed and continuously improvedImplement ISO9001 standardsTrainingDesign, develop and implement training programs related to quality, processes and company proceduresAnalyze needs based on input from process audits and reorganize training programs to address identified gaps effectivelyReporting & KPI AnalysisProvide detailed reports and analysis of the performance and propose strategies to optimize training outcomesYour Skills and Experiences0 – 3 years' experience preferably in multinational companies better if automatized or relevant studies in the fieldExperience of communicating with a wide range of stakeholdersDemonstrated ability to work in diverse teams, curiosity, and flexibilityExperience in data analysis and metric handlingGood Reasons to JoinSince 1890, Kuehne+Nagel is committed to shape the world of logistics with a strong determination to connect people and goods through innovative and sustainable logistics solutions.
