Your Role Contract Logistics Quality & Regulatory Specialist works within Contract Logistics.
In this case, She/He will operate for adidas Campus South, our new fully automated warehouse located in Mantua, which, with over 130,000 square metres, will represent an unparalleled example of excellence and innovation in automated technology operations.
Working as part of the Quality team, the Contract Logistics Quality & Regulatory Specialist will be responsible for overseeing Quality Assurance activities and defining quality procedures to ensure that the products/services offered meet corporate and regulatory standards.
Additionally, he/she will oversee designing and delivering training programs aimed at enhancing staff skills and ensuring adherence to quality processes.
With this aim, She/He will strictly collaborate with Operations, to share information and proper practices to operate correctly to ensure an efficient goods workflow.
Your Responsibilities Quality Assurance Conduct internal audits and periodic process assessments to identify and address potential issues Draft and maintain up-to-date process documents and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Collaborate with production, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure quality procedures are followed and continuously improved Implement ISO9001 standards Training Design, develop and implement training programs related to quality, processes and company procedures Analyze needs based on input from process audits and reorganize training programs to address identified gaps effectively Reporting & KPI Analysis Provide detailed reports and analysis of the performance and propose strategies to optimize training outcomes Your Skills and Experiences 0 – 3 years' experience preferably in multinational companies better if automatized or relevant studies in the field Experience of communicating with a wide range of stakeholders Demonstrated ability to work in diverse teams, curiosity, and flexibility Experience in data analysis and metric handling Good Reasons to Join Since 1890, Kuehne+Nagel is committed to shape the world of logistics with a strong determination to connect people and goods through innovative and sustainable logistics solutions.
