In this case, She/He will operate for adidas Campus South, our new fully automated warehouse located in Mantua, which, with over 130,000 square metres, will represent an unparalleled example of excellence and innovation in automated technology operations.
She/He will support the Site Manager with the planning, management, organization, and supervision of all operation activities related to her/his specific department.
She/He will operate to satisfy customers' needs/requests and ensure the proper goods workflow while organizing spaces, equipment and managing medium/large size teams.
To lead people efficiently, She/He will act as role model regarding operative activities, safety and HR topics.Your Responsibilities By following the guidelines provided by the Site Manager, collaborate with System Management team and Customer Service team to apply the warehouse operation's strategy in order to guarantee an efficient goods workflow and achieve business goals.After the definition of the logistics service-planning programme, cascade all the information to Shift Leaders & Team Leaders and support them with the implementation of operational actions capable to pursue the achievement of warehouse ad business goals; with the same effort and wit, ensure efficacy & respect of safety rules and act as first role model of right and proper actions regarding safety.Plan all logistics services related to specific departments, develop a space utilization plan to meet prescribed cost and service standards and ensure the safety and security of all the managed workforce, equipment and property.Follow the receipt, inspection, storage, delivery, handling of returned/damaged goods, maintenance and administrative activities to ensure that customer requirements are met efficiently and in compliance with all applicable regulatory and quality standards.After alignment with the Site Manager, establish, monitor and pursue KPIs achievement related to assigned areas of management and productivity, consequently, empower teams to deliver against their KPIs in order to reach warehouse and business goals.Make recommendations to Site Manager to improve program operations.Develop procedures to ensure efficient operation and utilization of all operating equipment.Management of all operations activities related to specific departments to respect P&L guidance and with the aim of avoid cost loses.As a team leader, embody the company's values and integrate them into your management style to inspire your team to align their behaviours with the company's goals and work towards achieving them.Support team members in achieving their career goals, promote work-life balance to reduce work-related stress and commit every day to talent retention and employee engagement.Demonstrate high level of respect for diversity and take all necessary actions to embrace different perspectives, background, and experiences ensuring equitable treatment.Your Skills and Experiences 2 – 5 years' experience in large scale (> 300FTE) highly automatedfulfilment operations with strong preference given to eCommerce / Fashion / Retail experience, preferably in multinational companies with matrix organizational structure.Solid exposure to analytical and metric oriented work contexts with a deep predisposition for people engagement and respect of safety rules.Experience of communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including peers, subordinates and leadership in operational and fast paced work environments.Expertise with people management related to small/medium size teams (20 up to 50), preferably in logistics and/or productive work environments, with a focus on people engagement and development.Practice with P&L and budget management related to medium/large size automated warehouses.Exposure to logistics and/or productive work environments where the respect of safety rules has been considered not a plus but a fundamental priority.#J-18808-Ljbffr
