Your ResponsibilitiesSupport definition and deployment of Operational Excellence Standards (5S, Visual Management, Continuous Improvement Boards, SQCDEP implementation…);Participate in continuous improvement projects to improve KPI / Productivity;Follow and validate the Cycle Time measurements in the projects;Work together with the site management team to define Work in Progress areas and consumables inventory management;Support deployment of Stand Up Meetings and SQCDEP principles in collaboration with the Production System team (Kuehne + Nagel's Continuous Improvement program).Your Skills and ExperiencesEducated to Bachelor/Master degree in Supply Chain / Management / Industrial Engineering.Proven interest in Supply Chain and Production environment.Demonstrates an interest in continuous improvement, having excellent communication and interpersonal skills is a must.Is process-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, a self-starter with the ability to work on own initiative and able to work well in a fast-paced environment.Advanced skills in MS Office tools.Fluent in Italian, business level in English required.Job Location is Turin (TO).
