About the job
In your role you will:
• Be Entry point for all the customers covered by Contract - Service Agreements. (Energy / Food & Water Divisions)
• Follow long term plan of maintenances.
• Follow end to end every single intervention.
• Have responsibility over assigned projects.
• Manage Project Planning: Resources allocation, Progress monitoring and closure.
• Manage Project Budgeting, reporting, monitoring, and closing.
• Be interconnection link between Workshop, Customers and Sales.
• Be responsible for post orders activities in more complex projects.
• Be fast in becoming autonomous in managing the Service tools (manuals, IT systems)
 
What you know 
Priority will be given to:
• Preferable Bachelor's Degree in Energy / Mechanical Engineering
• Preferable Previous experiences with Service contracts and Project Management
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows environments and Office package (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
