We are looking for a Contract/Claims Manager for one of our projects in Bavaria, Germany.
QualificationsProject management certification and proven experience are an advantage.Minimum 3 years of professional experience in contract management, contract and claim management, or management of complex construction projects/plant construction projects.Experience in construction management and supervision of construction engineering trades in the industrial construction/plant engineering is mandatory.Excellent communication, presentation skills, determination, empathy, and a high degree of independence.High consulting competence, assertiveness, and negotiation skills as well as a distinct ability to think and work together in an interdisciplinary manner.Experience in dealing with the required regulations (HOAI, VOB, etc.
