Based in La Spezia office (remote working applicable up to 75% monthly), as part of the Strategy & Transformation Department, we're looking for a Continuous Improvement Specialist who can combine technical expertise with strong communication skills to contribute to building and sustaining our operational excellence system.
Main responsibilities will concern: Lead Problem Solving program to support areas on A3 approachSupport Strategy cascading process and routines meeting development within departments (Hoshin Kanri approach)Establish Process Management Framework to support areas on continuous improvement initiativesSupport in Lean Agile Transformation Framework implementationSupport capability development at all organization levels coordinating trainings, certifications, workshops, and giving inputs for the upskilling of leaders and specialists across the companyRequirements: BSc or MSc University Degree (Business, Engineering)Openness to learn and desire to take up new challengesThe ability to build reliable, interpersonal relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders across the entire organizationEagerness to share own knowledgeAbility to work in a fast-changing environment and flexibilityAbility to conduct presentations, workshops, trainings, and public speakingExperience with process/performance indicators and process mappingParticipation in continuous improvement and problem-solving projects or initiativesProblem-solving mindset and knowledge of some tools and techniques (i.e.
: Kaizen, PDCA, A3, 5 Whys, 5W+1H, Ishikawa)Proficiency in English both speaking and writingNice to have:Experience in Lean Management - Practical knowledge of Lean toolsLean, Project Management and Agile Certifications (Greenbelt, Blackbelt, PMP, CAPM, PMI-ACP, PgMP etc.)
