The role will support the TPM implementation in the production plants promoting greater involvement of production personnel in continuous improvement initiatives, providing specific training and materials to improve their skills, acting as a change agent to drive the production teams toward excellence.

What You Will Do Be a role model for safety
Support the operational staff in the implementation of strategic TPM pillars according to the business roadmap (Preventive Maintenance Autonomous Management Focus Improvement Education &Training )
Participate in loss analysis, identifying and defining priorities and opportunities for performance improvement
Continuously improve teams' effectiveness running equipment utilizing standard settings and practices, and creating new standards when standards are not already in place
Provides training to ensure the methodological skills for process optimization.
Coach operational staff on improvement projects to achieve outstanding results
Facilitate and monitor internal Health Checks, in view of the provisions of the Performance Improvement Plan
Accompany, train and assist operational staff in the implementation of TPM Enablers
Coach Kaizen initiatives in the shopfloor.
Who You Are Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
At least 4-5 years of experience in similar roles in automotive company with an advanced Continuous Improvement culture.
Proven track record of implementing successful Toyota Production System-based Lean management programs with kaizen events, 5S, TPM, Visual Management, Kata, Standardized work, and leader standard work.
Great communication, comfortable and capable of communicating at all levels of the organization in a matrix environment.
Knowledge of SAP PM System preferred.
