Continuous Improvement Manager

Our Client, a prominent International Company in the Automotive sector dedicated to the improvement of sustainable mobility, transport efficiency, and digital services, has commissioned us to search for a candidate for a project aimed at strengthening the Team:CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT MANAGERPosizione:For the Company's in-house High Talent Potential Project, we are looking for a candidate with at least 3 - 5 years' experience.
The entry role will be in Piedmont for the starting activities/period and then begin an International Career into the Company both in Europe and Worldwide.Main Activities:Challenge and help Management to explain their progress initiatives and to formalize objectives and success indicators for these progress initiatives.Carry out the analyses required to understand the assigned area/domain.Measure performance and carry out data analyses in order to identify for progress.Ensure that progress initiative results are measured.Identify and use tools/methods to solve problems.
Identify and implement appropriate solutions in order to achieve the established objectives.Support the implementation of management rituals in Teams.Ensure change Management in line with the implementation of progress initiatives.Promote the commitment of Management/Teams throughout long-term initiatives.Requirements:Excellent knowledge of English (French will be a plus)Master's DegreeExcellent interpersonal and leadership skillsResourceful, willing to grow within the CompanyAvailability to develop his/her career to International levelPlace of work: Piedmont (Cuneo), plus future relocations in other Company's Production sites.
