**Responsibility**:
We are currently looking for a resource to be included in the ABM (ATS Business Model) Continuous Improvement team of Comecer Group in the role of Continuous Improvement Leader.
The ABM Deployment Leader will be responsible for promoting and facilitating the successful deployment of the ATS Business Model (ABM) within Comecer Group and for building the capabilities to achieve Current (Annual Operating Plan) & Future Challenges (Strategy & Goal Deployment).
**Tasks**:
- Driving ABM culture and building ABM excellence within the organization;
- Drive ever-improving results by leveraging ATS Business Model (ABM) tools, consulting skills, and change management process;
- Assist leadership in the development and execution of the ABM roadmap of the organization;
- Directly provide formal and informal ABM training and coaching;
- Ensure productive problem solving and kaizen events;
- Promote and facilitate diagnosis of work flow impediments and other wastes throughout the business, and provide expert counsel on appropriate tools to eliminate them;
- Promote and facilitate associate development in various ABM tools, transactional improvements, and kaizen leadership;
- Benchmark and incorporate best practices within Comecer Group and ATS;
- Assist in establishing and achieving the Goal Deployment and Strategic Plan objectives related to the organization.
**Qualifications**:
- An Engineering degree or equivalent work experience is required, specializing in lean production and TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) is preferred;
**Technical Skills**:
- Ability to accurately assess key business metrics and situations from a managerial point of view;
- Mastery of a variety of ABM (lean) tools (or six sigma or equivalent continuous improvement tools);
- Good writing and administrative skills, including computer skills (word processing, graphics, spreadsheet, etc.
);
**Relational Skills**:
- Ability to accurately assess key business metrics and situations from a managerial point of view;
- Excellent communications skills including being able to communicate to all levels of the organization;
- Good training skills;
- Excellent consulting/influencing skills;
- Strong results-oriented mindset is essential;
- Strong leadership skills;
- Exposure to and participation in a wide variety of training environments;
- Demonstrated proficiency in time and project management;
**Language Skills**:
- Fluency in English and Italian.
**Experience**:
- 2-4 years of Operations, Engineering, Supervisory, and/or Management experience in a Lean-Driven Manufacturing Environment;
