Position Summary: As the CI Engineer for our Biolchim site in Medicina, you act as an internal consultant to lead, define, and develop continuous improvement activities designed to drive results.
Main Responsibilities: Support and lead the implementation and management of a corporate continuous improvement plan with a focus on the manufacturing area, collaborating with teams within the plant (engineering, production, quality and safety). Develop and measure standard metrics, map the flow of business processes, identify opportunities for improvement. Ensure technical and process improvements to support productivity, efficiency, quality, and safety goals. Plan, coordinate, and may deliver training to develop process improvement skills at all levels within the plant. Requirements & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent discipline. Min. 3 years of experience in a complex environment such as Production, Engineering, CI, Quality. Ideally experience with manufacturing or continuous improvement projects, Six Sigma Belt is a plus. Very good verbal and written communication skills in English and Italian, and the ability to communicate ideas, instructions, and information in a concise manner.
