For more information about Celanese Corporation and its product offerings, visit www.celanese.com.Responsibilities:YOU will be involved in the following tasks:Develop a robust continuous improvement strategy in partnership with the Management Team and key business stakeholders, where the whole team owns transformation plan, being an innovator of positive change that impacts safety, quality, reliability and engagement.Undertake CI training and development, serving as a change agent by stimulating, communicating and institutionalizing CI initiatives, supporting colleagues on CI methodology and its application.Promote and support root cause analysis and Problem Solving within daily shop/unit management, Sharing and institutionalizing best practices across Production Units.Identify business improvement opportunities, supporting activities on Value Stream Mapping in order to identify opportunities and lead Kaizen Events in order to turn these opportunities into reality.Lead the improvement plan of the site, organize and lead Kaizen events such as 5S, Re-layout, SMED, poka-yoke, Levelling, Process Improvements, Simplifications, Visual Management, etc.Provide project management, analytical and research skills and expertise.Develop and implement Leader Standard work at all levels, leading by example.Prepare CI reviews and present to site and business leaders.Qualifications:What YOU will bring to the team:Solid knowledge of and proven experience in the development, training and execution of continuous improvement methodologies, such as Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, etc.Robust experience in an operations/manufacturing environment.Knowledge of regulatory standards ISO 9001/2015 and ISO/TS 16949.Strong relationship leadership skills: change agent with resistance and persistence skills (shop floor oriented), able to influence, motivate and work effectively within a matrix environment.Very good communication skills (verbal and written).Established analytical and quantitative ability (data mining data crunching).Knowledge of SAP, Minitab, eVSM, etc.Strong attention to detail.High proficiency in computer technology and systems operations.Fluent in Italian and English.3+ years of operations with lean experience in a manufacturing environment.University degree or/and Master degree preferably in the technical field or business/management.Desirable:Previous experience in chemical or compounding companies.Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification is a plus.
