Responsibilities:YOU will be involved in the following tasks:Develop a robust continuous improvement strategy in partnership with the Management Team and key business stakeholders, where the whole team owns transformation plan, being an innovator of positive change that impacts safety, quality, reliability and engagementUndertake CI training and development, serving as a change agent by stimulating, communicating and institutionalizing CI initiatives, supporting colleagues on CI methodology and its applicationPromote and support root cause analysis and Problem Solving within daily shop/unit management, Sharing and institutionalizing best practices across Production UnitsIdentify business improvement opportunities, supporting activities on Value Stream Mapping in order to identify opportunities and lead Kaizen Events in order to turn these opportunities into realityLead the improvement plan of the site, organize and lead Kaizen events as 5S, Re-layout, SMED, poka-yoke, Levelling, ProcessImprovements, Simplifications, Visual Management, etcProvide project management, analytical and research skills and expertiseDevelop and implement Leader Standard work at all levels, leading by examplePrepare CI reviews and present to site and business leadersQualifications:What YOU will bring to the team:Solid knowledge of and proven experience in the development, training and execution of continuous improvementmethodologies, such as Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, etcRobust experience in an operations/manufacturing environmentKnowledge of regulatory standards ISO 9001/2015 and ISO/TS 16949Strong relationship & leadership skills: change agent with resistance and persistence skills (shop floor oriented), able to influence, motivate and work effectively within a matrix environmentVery good communication skills (verbal and written)Established analytical and quantitative ability (data mining & data crunching)Knowledge of SAP, Minitab, eVSM, etcStrong attention to detailHigh proficiency in computer technology and systems operationsFluent in Italian and English3+ years of operations with lean experience in a manufacturing environmentUniversity degree or/and Master degree preferably in the technical field or business/managementDesirable:Previous experience in chemical or compounding companiesLean Six Sigma Black Belt certification is a plusJob SummaryRequisition ID: 2024-19618Country: ItalyCity: Forli
