We're looking for a Content Activation & Social Lead for our Entertainment business unit (GroupM Entertainment) someone confident in mixing great creative skills with a deep understanding of social media, branded content and entertainment (live, music, tv shows, gaming and so on…).

The ideal candidate has a T-shaped expertise, with solid experience in building memorable digital branded experiences and a "roll-up-your-sleeves" mindset that helps bring together all the (many!) disciplines that characterize our agency.
RequirementsPEOPLE MANAGEMENT: Reporting directly to the Head of Creative & Content, you will be in charge of the coordination and growth of resources of a team of approx. 10 people (including Content & Social Managers and Content & Social Specialists).CROSS-UNIT COLLABORATION: Sync with the Creative Direction and all the internal capabilities (i.e. content strategy, branded content, influencer marketing, sport marketing, experiential marketing) to generate connected and integrated storytelling for our clients.INNOVATION: Keep the team and clients updated on best practices and the latest industry trends, promoting innovation and experimentation with a strong focus on gaming, live streaming, entertainment and new formats.What background we have in mind for this position:8+ years of experience in a similar role in creative, content or digital agencies;A consultant attitude;Ability to manage multiple projects with different deadlines and stakeholders;A team leader and a team player;A deep understanding of social media landscape, trends and platforms;Experience in branded entertainment is a plus;Fluent in both English and Italian.LocationWpp Campus in Milan (plus the option for hybrid working).
