**ABOUT THE ROLE: Content Marketer DACH (German native)**
At WeRoad we are expanding our marketing team and shaping the nextgen of marketing approaches.
We believe in multitalented people, full stack capabilities and growth hacking mindsets.
Since content is intended as a foundation of all our marketing activities, we believe that
ad = content and content = ad.
Regardless of the role (you could be a performance marketing expert or a brand manager) we look for people who believe that content is the fundamental pillar to build every other marketing activity, from acquisition to retention.

As a WeRoad Content Marketer you will be responsible for the creation and maintenance of both WeRoad marketing and content assets (remember, there is no difference for us!)
created to support the product and other marketing goals.
From concept through execution, you will produce every content asset that shapes the customer experience throughout the funnel by bringing our brand to life and keeping it consistent across all our various touchpoints.
At WeRoad we don't believe in the classical distinction between marketer and designer, art and copy and all things dated.
We believe in a new breed of marketer who is able to think like a marketer and act as a creative specialist.
In a nutshell you are a contemporary T-shaped marketer with practical abilities (you think like a marketer and you act like an editorial and creative specialist).
**What you'll do**:
- Define concepts and produce contents (copy and images) for all of our social assets: Instagram posts ans stories, TikToks, Telegram, Facebook Group, Youtube
- Produce and publish contents on social on a daily basis according to the Editorial Calendar and to inputs coming from the Marketing and Sales teams
- Be autonomous in design and management of Editorial calendar at an operational level, accordingly to team OKRs and marketing and sales needs
- Be on the edge of social trends to piggyback opportunities for instant marketing posts and social activations.
- Unleash your creativity and create memes and instant posts
- Collaborate with Activation Marketing team to create new social format and social activations
- Collaborate with Growth Marketing team to identify the best contents to push accordingly to content and marketing objectives
- Be responsible for the growth and the engagement of the social channels
- Track and analyze performance of social channels to continuously improve it
- Design and release "link in bio" pages accordingly to the Editorial Calendar and the business needs
**What we're looking for**:
- knowledge of German culture and communication practices and approach;
- Full autonomy in end-to-end design and production of social contents;
- Social media marketing, and digital analytics metrics are required with a full comprehension of digital marketing essentials (customer journey, funnel logics, paid marketing);
- Knowledge of commonly used tools in social media environment (from Canva to Hootsuite);
- Ability to define and manage an editorial calendar is a major major (yes, major) plus;
- Good graphic skills: master and commander / ninja of creative productive software especially cloud based like Canva or Adobe suite (but feel free to use the software you are most comfortable with to get the results);
- Past experience in managing social media paid campaigns is a plus;
- Certification in analytics and paid marketing (Analytics Academy, Adwords certification.
Facebook Blueprint, etc.)
is a plus;
- Mandatory English proficiency, Italian proficiency is a plus.
