**Posizione**:
Content Management Specialist, reporting to the Head of Global Corporate Communications, in charge of producing, managing, and distributing multimedia content (eg. Articles, white papers, etc.) reinforcing the deployment of the Corporate Communications strategy on all Communications touchpoints, with a focus on Owned and Paid Media.
**The goal**
Creating, writing and managing content on all communications' touchpoints (with a particular focus on the website), improving awareness about them, internally and externally, also engaging internal business partners.
**Main activities**
- Collecting, organizing, and consolidating information from an internal network of experts from different Service Lines, Industries, and countries;
- Elaborating knowledge materials and content formats (e.g.: articles, blog posts, news, case studies, one-pagers, etc.), working directly with JAKALA colleagues and customers;
- Writing content and managing the global media partnerships for leveraging JAKALA's position in the market;
- Collaborating with JAKALA SEO experts on optimizing the content to maximize its search results;
- Contributing to the definition of a consistent content strategy dedicated to the JAKALA corporate website;
- Contributing to the definition of a coherent editorial plan for internal and external stakeholders, also producing internal newsletters and social media posts.

- Excellent IT skills with advanced proficiency in Windows, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
- Knowledge of Content managements tools is an asset;
- Ability to produce high-quality written materials (including graphically-based PowerPoint presentations as well as text documents);
- Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to communicate with clients and colleagues;
- Flexibility, proactivity, and teamwork.
**Languages**
Written and spoken fluency in English is required.
Intermediate working knowledge in another UN language, such as French, Spanish, Portuguese, German, or Russian would be a plus.
