Content Designer Internship (m/f)
Bayer S.p.A. is looking for a creative and motivated trainee for a 6-month internship as Content Designer Intern in the Marketing Team to ensurehigh-quality content creation,seamless user experience and effective delivery of marketing assets.
He/she will support the team in updating and maintaining the websites of Bayer Pharma's local brands and in internal communication for the Bayer brand.
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Create, edit, and publish new content based on briefings
Update and create new content for local brand websites, ensuring gold standards are applied in content design
Ensure a user-friendly and engaging user experience
Collaborate with the Content Designer in the production of internal communication assets, including videos, newsletters, logos, website updates, etc
Adhere to Bayer brand guidelines and ensure consistency in all communication materials
Review briefs to ensure all elements are accurately represented
Proof and test assets across devices ahead of release to ensure optimal user experience
Ensure all marketing materials meet required standards
WHO YOU ARE:
Master's Degree in Graphic design/Communication Design/User Experience Design/Service Design or related fields
Strong knowledge of Adobe design suite: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Premiere,After Effects
Knowledge of SEO and content strategy is a plus
Strong creativity and knowledge of branding and design guidelines
Ability to develop concepts, graphics, and layouts
UX skills and understanding of user experience principles
Detail-oriented with the ability to proof and compare assets effectively
Enthusiastic about learning and implementing new marketing strategies and technologies
Understanding of AI for content creation
Excellent collaboration skills and team player
Fluent knowledge of English (written and spoken) and Italian mother tongue
