Hotel De La Ville, a renowned 4-star luxury hotel in Monza, affiliated with the Small Luxury Hotels of the World chain, is urgently seeking the following position:Administrative AccountantWe Require:General accounting and industrial accounting skillsOrganisational and management skills, tidiness and accuracyExperience in the use of IT tools and accounting softwareKnowledge of accounting regimes and administrative-accounting proceduresAbility to analyse and prepare annual and consolidated financial statementsKnowledge of tax obligations, both periodic and annualRespect for deadlinesDiscretion and confidentialityDiploma in Accounting, Commercial Expert or Commercial Technician, Bachelor's Degree in Business AdministrationConsolidated experience in the role, experience in the hotel or catering sector and knowledge of Opera management and Sysdat accounting software is considered preferentialGood knowledge of the English languageJob Description:Recording of invoices and other accounting documentation, keeping of general ledger accounts, accounting reconciliations - knowledge of electronic invoicingMaintaining cost accounting and budgeting systems, also with the use of spreadsheetsInterface with management also through monthly reportingManagement of supplier payments and schedule management - use of remote bankingManagement of interface with front-office for checking account balances of clientsManagement of relations with external tax, labour and accounting software consultanciesDigital archiving of documentsThe job offer is intended to refer to both sexes, with ready placement.
