Roles & Objectives As an Intern you will be part of our Consumer Experience Strategy & Design team for Philip Morris Italia and will be reporting to Consumer Experience Acquisition Manager. The position will be based in Rome.
In your role, you will support the team in extracting and analyzing business & consumer data in order to improve the consumer experience throughout the whole consumer journey, from the initial consumer's interactions with the brand to the after-purchase phase. You will be fully involved in monitoring the performance of the different Consumer Experience Programs in collaboration with other departments (CRM, Trade marketing, Business Intelligence and Digital).
Specific Responsibilities: Help to develop and update data dashboards to support the team in analyzing the main consumer experience metrics in order to identify actionable insights. Present findings to the team through clear reports and PowerPoint slides. Contribute to develop new analytical tools for data enrichment and segmentation analysis. Who we're looking for Degree in Engineering, Statistics, Business Administration or Economics and related fields. Good knowledge of Office package (especially PowerPoint and Excel). Fluent in English and Italian. Curious about the understanding of consumer behaviors. Passionate about monitoring and reporting. Ability to work alone, in a team and to engage with multi-functional stakeholders. What we offer Type of contract: Internship of 6 months length, full time.
