Position context
You will be working within the Marketing Department in the Italian Market directly reporting to the Consumer Event Manager who in turn reports to the Integrated Marketing Communications Director.
You will play a key role within the marketing organization in supporting the development and implementation of the most appropriate consumer events, at support of brand positioning and strategy, optimizing allocated budget.
Key Responsibilities & Activities
Support the Consumer Event Manager in:
identifying concepts and targets for consumer events, hand in hand with Brand Managers
selecting the most appropriate consumer event agencies
proposing consumer event initiatives to Brand Managers
Ensure the most successful and efficient execution of the planned events, coordinating all the internal and 3rd parties' players (agencies, participants incl. celebrities, opinion leaders/trend setters – liaising with Brand PR, media players – liaising with Media Manager)
KPI analysis to evaluate the consumer event initiatives performance and ROI
Proactive collaboration with other Specialists to guarantee consistent and effective communication platforms
Proactive collaboration with Trade Marketing team to check initiatives feasibility and avoid overlapping
Key Relationships
Internal: Brand Management team; Marketing Specialists (Media, Digital, PR, Market Research); Group Strategic Marketing; Group Communication & Sustainability, Trade Marketing Dpt, Campari Academy Manager, Sales Dpt
External: Events Agencies, Entertainment Industry, Opinion Leaders, Business Partners.
Summary of Experience /Other request
3+ years relevant experience (of which 2 in Consumer Events Management)
Working knowledge of all experiential marketing tactics (including guerilla marketing, mobile tours, trade shows, and pop up retail), digital and communications fundamentals.
Pure passion for Mixology and Nightlife
Education/Professional Qualifications
University degree in Management, Marketing or Communications.
Fluent knowledge of Italian and English is a must – additional language knowledge is a plus
