Position context The candidate will be integrated within the Marketing team and will report to the Consumer Event Manager.
Key Responsibilities & Activities Backoffice visibilities material and product logistic organization; Identifying concept and targets for consumer events; Executing all planned events for all brand portfolio; Day by day activities and specific projects; Defining KPIs for consumer event initiatives.
The internship will allow to develop the following competencies Event management understanding; Event design and planning; Staff and agency partners relationships development; Innovative problem solving; Organizational skills; Team-working, priorities setting skills and negotiation skills thanks to the daily relationship with other stakeholders at different levels.
Key Relationships Internal: Brand managers, Category managers, Field managers, Digital & Engagement managers.
External: Creative and Event agencies and various suppliers.
Required Skills Master's degree in Marketing, Communication, Event Management (and similar); Knowledge of Italian is mandatory; Fluent English; Excellent ability to organize own work according to priorities; Strong collaborative attitude and aptitude for teamwork; Proactivity and propensity to learn; Excellent relationship building and communication skills; Good knowledge of the Office package; Passion for Nightlife and Spirits.
