Consumer Collecting Manager - Field Marketing

Job Title: Consumer Collecting ManagerThe Consumer Collecting Manager is responsible for leading the Student Marketeer program nationally, which aims to grow our user base and strengthen brand love among our target group.
This role includes the following responsibilities:
Recruiting, leading & retaining: A workforce of energetic and passionate brand ambassadors.Coaching: Our Field Marketing Specialists/Managers and Student Marketeers in the field on how to ensure quality consumer & customer interactions.Project management: Managing large national projects from start to finish.Sales support programs: Integration of impactful sales support programs.Cross-functional collaboration: Working cross-functionally on new ways to excite our consumers.Trend awareness: Being well connected to changing generational trends and maintaining & growing our presence on University campuses.
