Job Overview Role: Consumer Care Representative
Project: Home Appliances
Languages: Italian (C1/native) and English (B2)
Location: On-site in Lisbon, Portugal
Type of Contract: Fixed-Term (6 months)
Key Details Training Start Date: 15th January 2025
Schedule: Monday to Saturday, rotational shifts between 07:00 and 19:00.
Sunday and one rotational day off per week.
Your Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer support for a leading home appliances brand.Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and service requests.Ensure timely and accurate responses via phone, email, and chat.Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.Log customer interactions and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues.What We're Looking For Languages: Proficient in Italian (C1/native) and English (B2).Skills:Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.Ability to work in rotational shifts and adapt to a dynamic work environment.Experience: Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not required.Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: 895 EUR gross/month (14 months).Meal Allowance: 7.23 EUR/day (1,908.72 EUR per annum).Transport Allowance: 20 EUR/month (240 EUR per annum).Totaling in: 14,678.72 EUR per annumPerformance Bonus: 100 EUR per month (12 months), (1,200 EUR per annum).
