A new opportunity has come up to join ERM Italy as a Consulting Associate focusing on Environmental Impact Assessment (entry level) and support, with your work, the growing and successful Capital Projects Delivery team working with our clients to achieve their strategic goals and growth objectives at every stage of a capital project.
The role is offered as a hybrid role, partly based in our Milan office.
ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY As part of the team, you will support the delivery of large-scale capital development projects, including for oil and gas (with a growing portfolio of decommissioning-related work), renewables and infrastructure sector clients.

Key Roles and Responsibilities Develop Prefeasibility and Environmental Impact Assessment studies.
Assist in the preparation, research, and development of Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA) reports, including data collection, analysis, and interpretation.
Ability and flexibility to work across a range of services and sectors.
Active interaction with the rest of the team and the client, aimed at the most effective and successful delivery of a project.
What You Will Need to Succeed A master degree in Environmental Engineering or Environmental Sciences or other relevant disciplines.
1-3 years of experience as an Environmental Consultant or carrying out similar, relevant tasks.
Familiarity with EIA processes.
Proficiency in English and Italian, written and spoken.
Familiarity with EHS National Environmental regulation and International Standard (IFC, EBRD, etc.)
ideal.
Ability to write well structured, concise and well-reasoned reports, proposals and documents.
GIS skills will be considered a plus.
