You'll help design and deliver business critical processes and platforms at some of Europe's leading financial institutions and be involved in important projects from beginning to end.Working day to day with leaders in the field, you will develop a deep expertise in Wealth Management, including:The business of financial advisory and the service models being applied at leading institutionsQualitative and quantitative processes behind advisory servicesRegulatory frameworks governing advisory services and the strategies used to ensure complianceFinancial products on which advisory offers are foundedSoftware platforms which support advisory operations day to dayThe data which feed advisory processesFurthermore, you will develop high-level cross functional skills in a range of areas, such as:Project managementClient managementMarketingFunctional analysisThis combination of financial, process, software and data work presents an opportunity to become uniquely qualified in a fast evolving and stimulating field.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:Previous experience up to 6 years in management consulting firms or in the Asset Management, Wealth Management/Private Banking areas of financial intermediaries and asset management companies.The ideal candidate will have a degree in economics/finance, engineering or a related quantitative discipline, with top marks.
Proficiency in MS Office is required.Fluency in English is required (at least C1)Native level in German, French and/or Spanish is nice-to-haveProfessional knowledge of Italian is nice-to-haveSOFT SKILLS:A keen interest to learn about the business of wealth management, including the financial products, software, data and processes which drive it, is essential.
Adaptability is also key, as are good analytical problem solving, communication, and organizational skills.
Projects are always executed in cross-functional teams, so a capacity to work well with colleagues and clients from diverse backgrounds is expected.
Availability for frequent travels in Europe.
