Among the European leaders in Wealth Management solutions, Prometeia is looking for a resource to join the Training & Change Management team in its Bologna office.
MAIN TASKS: Design of change management/training paths Project development related to business network dynamics, due diligence, business planning, financial planning, credit processes, management control and organization Design and implementation of specific programs to support organizational change processes, introduction of new products and processes, technical and professional training Delivery of training activities, either in internship programs or as a facilitator within change management, strategy, organization or workshop programs Design and management of role enablement programs EDUCATION: Master's degree with excellent grades in economics/finance/marketing 1-year experience in consulting firms or Banking Groups in developing multi-disciplinary strategic planning projects for the banking industry is required Previous experience in the design of a knowledge learning system and proven participation in the implementation of digital solutions is preferred SOFT SKILLS: Excellent problem solving skills Communication and teamworking skills Organizational and analytical skills, time management Good knowledge of English.
The knowledge of a second foreign language is a plus.
