col-wideJob Description:Our Client is an italian international real estate company specialized in offering unique properties in Italy – one of the major player in its sector – Milan Office.To Empower theBuilding division - Technical due diligence, We are looking for aConsultant/Senior Consultantfor managing building project work predominately from private clients, private managed estates and large institutional clients.The person will have responsibility on Technical Due Diligence, project monitoring, site inspection and CapEx estimation.Key responsabilitiesMeeting and advising clients, consultants and local authority officers Competent in cadastral aspects, zoning plan, building permit procedure, building conditions, etc Proactively manage multidisciplinary projects with colleague from other departments Management of the department workload and projects from inception to completion To deliver consistently high performance To contribute and support business development initiatives and tenders, targeting and winning new business, and agreeing the scope of instructions and fees as appropriate To ensure tight financial management by monitoring forecast and actual income and expenditure, debtors and recovery of disbursements at both departmental and client levels To represent the firm and the department across the region in a manner consistent with the firm's ethos, promoting the firm and its various service lines To help promote and deliver the firm's compliance procedures and standards Fluent in English both written and spoken Skills, Knowledge and ExperienceProven record of delivering across a wide ranging work programme, to time and budget Commercially aware, interested in generating new business Financially and commercially astute with excellent planning, budgeting and operational reporting skills, but with the ability to vary approach dependent on circumstances Creative and lateral thinker, with the ability to problem solve and focus on solutions Presentable and approachable with the ability to engage with a variety of audiences Technical experienceMaster Degree in Civil or Building Engineering or Architecture CAD drawing desirable From 7 to 10 years in the Real Estate industry MRICS qualified is a plus Candidates of both sexes, After reading the obligatory information regarding privacy on the site , are requested to send your CV in Word format, under reference (Ref. 940666), as well as his or her consent to the processing of personal data pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 196/03.
