What You'll Do Play a role in the growth of our Risk Compliance (RC) practice through case execution and client development, including client interviews and presentations.
Work on top priority topics while gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to understand complex business challenges.
Use quantitative and qualitative analysis to derive insights and develop strategic recommendations.
Work closely with clients to understand their needs and challenges, ensuring that the solutions proposed are tailored to the client's specific context.
This involves frequent interactions with client team members and stakeholders.
Prepare and present findings, insights, and recommendations to both the BCG project team and client stakeholders.
Own module, generate value for the client and adapt the work to changing demand.
Manage client team members and build client relationships.
Manage project leadership expectations and mentor and develop junior team members.
What You'll Bring 6+ years of relevant experience in consulting firms or in leading banking, insurance, or industrial companies on Risk Compliance topics.
Experience on Technology Digital Risk, Cyber Risk, Compliance Anti-Financial Crime, and/or Strategic Risk considered a strong plus.
Excellent communication skills; able to explain industry concepts in non-technical terms.
Excellent time, people and project management skills.
Strong academic track record.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Italian and English.
Flexibility, ability to work under pressure and willingness to travel frequently.
