This involves frequent interactions with client team members and stakeholdersPrepare and present findings, insights, and recommendations to both the BCG project team and client stakeholders.Own module, generate value for the client and adapt the work to changing demandManage client team members and build client relationshipsManage project leadership expectations and mentor and develop junior team membersWhat You'll BringWe're looking for exceptional talents to join us. You would typically have:6+ of relevant experience in consulting firms or in leading banking, insurance, or industrialcompanies on Risk & Compliance topics.Experience on Technology & Digital Risk, Cyber Risk, Compliance & Anti-Financial Crime, and / or Strategic Risk considered a strong plusExcellent communication skills; able to explain industry concepts in non-technical termsExcellent time, people and project management skillsStrong academic track recordExcellent verbal and written communication skills in Italian and EnglishFlexibility, ability to work under pressure and willingness to travel frequentlyBoston Consulting Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
