As a leading provider of Risk Management solutions in the European market, Prometeia is looking to strengthen its International Delivery Team, by hiring a Credit Risk Consultant in the fields of credit digitalization and credit management.
RESPONSIBILITIES The successful candidate will collaborate with a specialized team of business consultants, risk advisors and solution specialists operating within different projects across multiple countries.
His / her main responsibility will include: support the Project Manager in management and driving digital transformation processes in credit management assist in the design and implementation of credit management processes and practices assist in the design of credit architecture and assess bank technological ecosystem perform data analysis and query data to implement credit solutions support in the design and analysis for the integration of risk metrics (PD, LGD, EAD, RWA) into credit decision setup and implementation of credit processes REQUIREMENTS Effective communicator in a multi-national and multi-discipline environment Self-motivated, effective under pressure and willing to take initiative Strong analytical skills with acute attention to detail Assertive and excellent communication, presentation and inter-personal skills Project/time management skills to meet required deadlines Good knowledge in data management (i.e.
SQL, R, …) Good Microsoft Office skills e.g.
excel, word, power point and access Expertise in bank processes and organization is a plus Fluency in English languages is mandatory (at least C1) Capable of working within a multi-language and multicultural environment Strong attention to details and technicalities Excellent organizational and technical skill Teamwork attitude, flexibility and proactivity Problem solving skills and good interpersonal skills.
