In this role, you will actively contribute to DNV's purpose of safeguarding life, property and the environment and help achieving our company vision: To be a trusted voice to tackle global transformations.We are looking for a Consultant - Contract Review Board based in the European time zone, preferably the UK, Germany, Benelux or Nordics to support the Sales Enablement team within DNV Energy Systems.
You will be part of a small team of specialized consultants responsible for providing practical and solution-oriented advice to colleagues in DNV Energy Systems on a wide array of matters in the bidding and contracting process.
The team chairs our weekly so-called Contract Review Board (CRB) meetings, during which the Energy Systems CEO, Finance Director, Head of Global Contracting as well as regional staff discuss bid decisions, project risks and pricing before proposals are sent out to our customers.
As a key component of our smart bidding process, the CRB is an important factor to meet our growth ambitions.
Be prepared to engage in a dynamic team environment, offering practical advice on complex proposals, and contributing to the continuous improvement of team performance.Your main responsibilities will include: Managing the day-to-day operations of the CRB.
Enhancing the commercial focus in bidding and contracting, supporting bid managers in creating better bids and proposals.
Coordinating, preparing, chairing, and documenting CRB meetings.
Being an active and supportive team member in a small team of 2 colleagues to achieve team goals.
Participating in analyzing CRB volume and data to create statistics.
Handling ad-hoc tasks aligned with the candidate's profile, such as data analysis work and smaller improvement projects.
