**ERM, the largest global pure play sustainability consultancy **, is looking for a secondment Consultant focused on **Climate Change and Corporate Sustainability **willing to join one of the partner companies of our leading global investment firm for a at least 6 months period in Città di Castello (Perugia), with the perspective to be incorporated in ERM.
You will work as a technical expert consultant supporting and delivering sustainable strategies with a specific focus on sustainable reporting.

ERM will offer a fixed term contract but also external collaborations (at least 5 days on site) will be accepted.

**Main responsibilities are (not limited to)**:
- Review and further develop the ESG strategy to improve sustainability performance
- Supporting the development of a decarbonisation strategy
- Coordinate ESG Taskforce to drive the implementation of the ESG strategy: working closely with ESG Taskforce members (Quality, EHS, HR, Energy manager, Legal, H&S ).
- Identify budget and resource needs to drive changes and actions of the ESG strategy
- Improve sustainability communications to internal and external stakeholders
- Support mapping the Value chain (Suppliers and customers) and identify actions to improve sustainability across the value chain
- Drive company culture changes toward sustainability through education and information on the changes under implementation
- Measure and monitor sustainability performance to keep track of improvements on key KPIs.
Analyze and audit KPIs and performance to identify further improvement solutions
- Periodic reporting to investors on ESG matters, Strategy progress and performance improvements
- Periodic Reporting with Top management and Board members on ESG matters, Strategy progress and performance improvements
- Yearly sustainability report preparation in alignment with industry reference standards (i.e.
GRI, CDP,)
- Support reporting and preparing documentation on key relevant standards and benchmarks (i.e.
Ecovadis, BCorp, ISO 14001)
To be successful in this role, you will have some experience in corporate sustainably and climate change; you have a background in engineering, environmental science, or related disciplines.
You have excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills and have some experience writing technical report in both Italian and English.
