We are looking for a Digital Media Consultant to be employed in our Milan office.
The consultant will support clients in reaching their business goals by managing their digital performance strategy and execution.Job Description:You will:Plan, manage, and optimize programmatic campaigns.Plan and manage paid search (AdWords, Bing, etc.
), paid social (Facebook, Twitter, etc.
), and display performance campaigns (networks, affiliation, DEM, retargeting, etc.
), including but not limited to brief understanding, strategy definition, budget split on media vendors, payout negotiation, media plan creation, booking, ad creative delivery to media vendors, search and social account setup, keyword list, copy creation, daily optimizations, and reporting.Assist with client interactions including reporting, meetings, and QBRs as needed.Always maintain a strong focus on clients' KPIs and be eager to find ways to meet targets.Be in charge of liaising with the client on all digital activities and trends.Ensure best practices and innovation in all activities.Support the digital leader/partner in managing and coordinating the team.Build strong relationships across Client Services and other channel teams.Qualifications:2+ years of experience in digital campaigns management.Excellent knowledge of search and social advertising platforms (AdWords, Bing, Facebook, Twitter).Good knowledge of display performance media vendors and technologies.Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel, and Outlook).Knowledge of conversion optimization practices.Familiarity with Ad Serving and Analytics technologies.Analytical mindset and financial acumen.Good level of English language, both written and oral.Personal Specification/Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.Effective time management and project management skills with a team-working and collaborative attitude.If necessary, able to work independently and carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.Location:MilanBrand:IprospectTime Type:Full timeContract Type:Permanent #J-18808-Ljbffr
