To strengthen our team in **Lacedonia**, we are looking for a Construction Site Manager with at least 1-2 years of professional experience in the supervision and operational management of construction sites for renewable energy plants or civil engineering or infrastructure works to support our construction sites in southern Italy.
- Knowledge of the most important IT tools in general (MS-Office), preferably with knowledge of the following software tools: AutoCAD, Primus, MS Project
- Knowledge of the technical aspects of construction sites for wind power or photovoltaic plants or civil engineering works
- Knowledge of safety regulations for construction sites
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate verbally and in writing with those involved on the construction site (contractor, Project Manager, consultants, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of the English language
- Willingness to travel and visit construction sites when required
- Precision and passion for the work
- Strong problem solving skills and ability to work in a team
**The main responsibilities will include the following activities**:
- Examining and analysing the implementation planning of the plant and the contracts
- Preparing reports on the status of the work and updating them for the project manager
- Acceptance of deliveries
- Regularly monitoring the progress of the work regarding the schedule and compliance with the contractual specifications
- Providing technical support for bureaucratic processes on the construction site
- Management and organisation of site inspections by the company team or by external professionals (consultants, public bodies or contractors)
- Written and verbal communication with the site manager, the health and safety coordinator, the project manager and the internal engineering team as well as with the contractors to expedite processes
