- The Site Document Controller plays a important role within the customer organisation in managing the flow of project documentation, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and compliance, or other assigned resposibilities based on customer demand.
**Key Accountabilities**
- 1. Document Controll:
- Establish and maintain document control procedures.
- Manage the distribution and retrieval of project documents.
- Ensure that all documentation meets quality and regulatory standards
2. Project Inspection Coordination (if needed):
- Develop and implement project inspection plans and schedules.
- Coordinate inspection activities with internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor and assess project progress.
- Collaborate with engineering and construction teams to address quality issues.
- Maintain documentation of inspection activities and reports.
3. Customer Coordination:
- Serve as the main liaison between the company and customers for all quality-related matters.
- Address customer queries, concerns, and expectations related to the assigned duties
4. Quality Standards Adherence:
- Monitor and enforce adherence to quality standards and procedures during the processes.
- Implement corrective actions as needed to address deviations or non-compliance.
5. Reporting and Analysis:
- Generate comprehensive reports on activities, highlighting key findings, deviations, and areas for improvement.
- Conduct analysis to identify trends and opportunities for process optimization.
6. Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, production, and logistics, to streamline processes and improve overall quality performance.
**Education**
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering General
- High School Diploma/GED
**Qualifications**
- Experience in site support roles within construction environments.
- Understanding of budgeting, cost management, and financial analysis to ensure efficient budget utilization.
- Proficiency in managing project documentation, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.
- Professional knowledge of both Italian and English
