Project Planning and Coordination:Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to understand project objectivesReview project plans, proposals, and specificationsDevelop detailed project schedules and milestonesAbility to manage small-scale projects from initiation to completionTechnical Oversight:Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and building codesMonitor construction progress and qualityAddress any technical issues promptlyEvaluate contractor bids and proposalsMust be able to perform manual labor as needed according to job requirements or instructions without any exceptionsBudget and Cost Management:Monitor expenses, track costs, and adjust as neededReview change orders and cost estimatesSubcontractor Management:Coordinate subcontractor activitiesEvaluate subcontractor performanceEnsure timely delivery of materials and servicesDocumentation and Reporting:Maintain accurate project recordsPrepare progress reports for stakeholdersHealth, Safety, and Environmental Compliance:Promote safety practices on-siteEnsure compliance with environmental regulationsImplement safety protocolsQuality Assurance:Conduct inspections to verify workmanship and adherence to standardsAddress any deficiencies promptlyEnsure project quality meets expectationsCommunication and Collaboration:Facilitate effective communication among project teamsLiaise with architects, engineers, contractors, and regulatory authoritiesResolve conflicts and maintain project flowRequirements and Qualifications:Detail-oriented mindset with a positive "can-do" attitudeOutstanding communicator: able to synthesize complex information into simple, actionable insights and communicate technical building processes with construction and non-construction team members equallyCommitment to providing a positive experience for all project stakeholders, clients, design professionals, subcontractors, and team membersStrong personal integrity and the highest ethical standardsAble to function in a positive, friendly, high-energy, and collaborative environmentEntrepreneurial team player who can multitask, work well under pressure, and efficiently meet deadlinesBachelor's degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fieldMinimum of 5 years of industry experience, preferably in project management or engineering rolesRelevant certifications (e.g., EIT, CCM, PMP) are advantageousStrong understanding of OSHA and other pertinent laws and regulations (OSHA certification a plus)Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Bluebeam Certification and Buildertrend Certification (30 Days) Valid driver's licenseAbility to pass a background checkAuthorized to work in the United States
