**CONTEXT**
Founded in 2008, Photosol is a photovoltaic power producer, specialized in large-scale ground-mounted power plants. Today, the group has a portfolio in operation and under construction of nearly 550 MWp, consisting of some 60 plants, and a portfolio under development of 3.7 GWp.

As part of its growth, Photosol is recruiting a Construction Project Manager to build its photovoltaic plants. The position is available as soon as possible.
**MISSIONS**
The Project Manager is the main person responsible for the technical implementation of a photovoltaic project. He/she follows the project from a very early stage and follows it until its commissioning.
He/she must ensure the technical, budgetary and administrative quality of the project. He/she cooperates with the different departments (Development, Finance, Legal etc.) in order to achieve the best result for the project as a whole.
His/her missions will be mainly to:
- Program and manage the construction of photovoltaic power plants;
- Coordinate all internal and external actors involved in the realization of the plants;
- Ensure the quality of the implementation;
- Ensure that contractors respect their commitments;
- Ensure compliance with budgets, quality and project schedules;
- Ensure and follow the procedures for consulting companies and suppliers;
- Participate in the preparation and negotiation of contracts;
- Supervise specific studies associated with construction (geotechnical, topographic, etc.) ;
- Develop, analyze and negotiate solutions for the electrical connection of production plants and ensure the follow-up of connection requests and purchase contracts;
- Identify the technical orientations to be taken in order to optimize the construction costs;
- Improve project and construction monitoring methods;
- Develop a portfolio of subcontractors, installers, suppliers, and experts and evaluate them regularly.
**PROFIL**
- Master degree in Electrical Engineering or Energy Engineering;
- 3 years of professional experience in a similar position. A professional experience equivalent to master degree will also be taken into account;
- You are able to carry out several missions at the same time;
- Multitasking, rigor, organizational skills and a pro-active approach to improve the quality and profitability of the production plants;
- Strong sense of responsibility and enjoy teamwork.
