MissioneResponsibility:
Planning and scheduling: the Construction Manager must develop a detailed construction plan and schedule for the PV project. This involves the determination of time, resources and work sequence.
Resource management: Must manage the human, financial and material resources needed for construction, which includes hiring workers, managing budget and purchasing materials.
Supervision of the construction site: supervise the construction on site to ensure that it is conducted according to design specifications and safety standards.
Coordination: Coordinating the subcontractors and suppliers involved in the project, such as solar panel installers, electricians and civil construction companies.
Quality management: ensuring that the construction meets the required quality and performance standards, which involves carrying out inspections and tests.
Safety: ensure that all safety regulations on the construction site are complied with to prevent accidents and injuries.
Regulatory compliance: ensure that the project complies with all necessary regulations and permits, such as those related to environment and energy
Profilo3/4 years of experience as Construction Project Manager or 6/8 years of experience as Site Manager;
Strong work experience in renewables energy field;
Good team management;
Availability for occasional transfers
