Construction Project Coordinator

We are seeking a Project Coordinator to join our team!SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES:Excellent organizational skillsKnowledge of personal computers and document scanning devicesMust be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
)Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize multiple tasksAbility to communicate with others and to assimilate and understand information in a manner consistent with the essential job functionsAbility to work independently or in a group with minimal directionAbility to make sound decisions in a manner consistent with the essential job functionWillingness to adapt and learn new skills and new ways of doing thingsDUTIES AND TASKS:Create and maintain project contacts listsPermitting of plans accordingly to appropriate municipalityAssist estimator with procuring bids and creating budgetsPrepare and track a wide variety of documents (letters, memos, labels, reports, RFI's, submittals, and logs)Send emails, courier, and mail itemsScan and save all documentation for project dailyPerform related duties and responsibilities as requiredPosition is full-time or part-timePay: $25.00 per hour #J-18808-Ljbffr
