Construction Officer

The Construction Officer is responsible for overseeing and ensuring that all construction projects meet the company's standards and legal requirements.
This role involves coordinating with construction companies, monitoring compliance with contracts, and ensuring the safety of customers and employees.
The Construction Officer also plays a key role in the planning and design of store layouts and distribution centers.Key Responsibilities:Oversee and ensure that all construction projects, including those carried out on behalf of the Landlord, conform to the company's standards and legal requirements.Recommend legally certified construction companies to the Expansion Manager that are suitable for company projects.Monitor and control the compliance of construction companies with relevant contracts and report any irregularities to the Expansion Manager.Develop working drawings, plans, and proposals for the layout of stores and distribution centers.Advise the Expansion Manager on the hiring and dismissal of Construction Assistants.Ensure the safety of customers and employees by complying with the building code of the Philippines.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.Professional license in Civil Engineering or Architecture is preferred.Strong knowledge of construction standards, legal requirements, and the building code of the Philippines.Experience in drafting and designing construction plans and layouts.Excellent communication and project management skills.Ability to work independently and make sound decisions related to construction and safety.Job Type: Full-timePay: Php50,000.00 - Php55,000.00 per monthSupplemental Pay:13th month salary #J-18808-Ljbffr
