Listed on the Milan Stock Exchange, the Group is among the global top-ranking engineering contractors.The positionThe Mechanical Completion Engineer reports to the Mechanical Completion Leader and participates in the set-up of the mechanical completion database.
As a team member, the engineer develops training programs, provides feedback on issues related to Mechanical Completion, and collects lessons learned to capitalize on the knowledge derived from project experience.The Mechanical Completion Engineer ensures the execution of all aspects related to Mechanical Completion, both in Home Office and at Site.Activities and main responsibilitiesIn home officeSet up construction / pre-commissioning / commissioning master ITP models.Cooperate with the mechanical completion coordinator, Engineering, and Commissioning team to ensure that all deliverables required to build the Completion Database are in line with contractual requirements.Update information prepared by the Engineering functions in MILEMATE!Ensure the setup of user accounts for nominated persons of Construction Quality, in agreement with ICT.At siteReceive original punch lists from discipline supervisors or quality construction inspectors, recording them in the punch list record logbook.Manage punch list progress, maintaining updated reports of closed items, monitoring the status of pending priority punch lists in each subsystem, and keeping Construction Management informed.Monitor discipline completion, issuing the Discipline Acceptance Certificate according to the Handover Procedure when a discipline is completed within a subsystem.Person specificationEducation Level: High school diploma in technical disciplines.Relevant Work Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in the same position, with both home office and abroad experience suitable for the ideal candidate.Availability to be relocated abroad for project working periods (12-24 months).Good English speaker; language proficiency will be tested during the interview.Good communication and management skills, with a high level of organizational ability.Ability to adapt to a changing, fast-paced environment.Attention to detail, self-motivation, and direction, with a strong bias towards timely performance.Seniority levelAssociateEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionIndustries: Oil and Gas #J-18808-Ljbffr
