Your new role We are looking for a Site Manager, with experience in the refrigeration sector, to lead our clients' construction projects from inception to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all on-site activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety:
Technical responsibility for subcontractors;Operational project management and schedule coordination (incl. safety briefing);Coordination of subcontractors and acceptance of services;Assuming partial responsibility with regard to deadlines, cost and quality criteria;Material orders and material management;Commissioning the systems and handing over the projects;Processing additional services and writing defect reports;Carrying out preliminary and final acceptance tests;Safety coordination;Technical documentation of completed projects.What you'll need to succeed Completed vocational training as a refrigeration engineer or mechatronics engineer for refrigeration technology. Further training as a master refrigeration engineer;3-5 years of professional experience in the refrigeration field and/or services;Knowledge of construction site management;Knowledge of common control systems for commercial refrigeration systems and Waterloop knowledge;Knowledge of electrical engineering, electricity, air conditioning, heating;Knowledge of fire protection, technical building services and safety coordination;Ability to work independently, negotiating skills and assertiveness;High willingness to travel (60% - 70%);Knowledge of French, English or German would be a plus;What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
