The ideal candidate for this position will provide project management for planning, and organizing all aspects of the task related to the relevant projects.
As part of this role, the manager will have to oversee the works of his peers acting as the point of contact to handle any issues regarding the project.
Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and monitor project progress.Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to established technical specifications.Collaborate with the engineering and construction team already on site for effective project implementation.Manage the technical and administrative documentation necessary for the proper execution of site activities.Manage project resources, personnel, materials, and equipment to optimize efficiency within contractual deadlines.Oversee urbanization activities, understanding technical and regulatory aspects.Identify, analyze, and manage project risks, developing mitigation plans to ensure project success.Prepare and present periodic progress reports to the internal E&C team.Ensure compliance with safety regulations (internal TEPIT procedures) and company quality standards.Act as an interface between the client and subcontractors for planning, controlling, and executing the works as per the project.Maintain a log of site activities, managing subcontractor execution in accordance with the presented plan and contractual requirements.The position will be required to serve as "Direttore Lavori" as requested in Title IV 81.08.Qualifications Degree in Engineering, preferably Civil/Building, or equivalent qualification.Enrollment in the Register of Engineers.At least 5 years of experience in managing construction sites, preferably in the civil sector, in a similar role.In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and construction site management practices.Strong organizational and planning skills, with particular attention to detail.Excellent problem-solving and time management skills.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to manage interpersonal relationships.Flexibility and ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.Knowledge and familiarity with basic and common software tools such as Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, AutoCAD, and Internet use.English language proficiency
