Construction Manager - Pharmaceuticals - 12-Month Contract Our client, a global healthcare company that specialises in diabetes care, are looking for aConstruction Manager to join their team. Responsibilities: Safety and Compliance: You'll diligently adhere to health, safety, and environmental guidelines across all sites. Your focus will be on safeguarding the well-being of employees and maintaining occupational safety standards. Construction management: You are responsible for the management of cross disciplinary construction planning and plan of construction, technical and process contractors in according to customer requirements and expectations. weekly coordination meetings with key stakeholders – Work Package Owner (WPO) contractors, client etc. Integration and Strategy: You'll seamlessly integrate the safety role into site operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Additionally, you'll align your actions with NNE's overall strategy in the Construction/Commissioning areas. Resource Management: Responsible for site management, construction planning, and resource allocation, as you'll optimise time and economy according to customer expectations. Collaborate with Line and Project Management to prioritise key resources effectively. Stakeholder Engagement: Leverage your advanced stakeholder management skills to build strong customer relationships at the local site or business entity. Assist customers in understanding project deliverables and resource requirements. Quality and Compliance: Uphold NNE's quality system for site construction management, standards, and methods. Our Model serves as the foundation for execution, ensuring consistent excellence throughout the project lifecycle. Team Development: Organise site management teams for maximum utilisation. Provide valuable feedback and foster the growth of team members. Requirements: Relevant M.Sc. or B.Sc. in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or similar. 10 years of experience in Site and Construction management, primarily in large process projects.
