Construction Manager / Site Manager - Onshore Wind - Renewable Energy – Italy – 15 month Contract Position (Minimum)Are you an experienced Site Manager with a proven tracker record of managing complex EPC projects?

If so, please read below.Role Responsibilities:Oversee EPC contractors, ensure adherence to project timelines and act as the primary communication link between the Owner and contractors.Ensure compliance with industry standards and project quality requirements through regular inspections and audits.Implement and enforce safety protocols, ensure environmental compliance and manage incident response and investigations.Monitor the project budget and identify cost overrunsIdentify any potential project risks.Represent the Owner's interests on site and manage relationships with local communities and stakeholders.Review and approve technical designs and provide problem-solving assistance to contractors.Oversee commissioning and testing, ensure smooth handover of the completed project to the operational team.Skills And Experience:Minimum of 5+ years in Construction Management, with a proven tracker record of managing complex EPC projectsFluency in Italian for all written and verbal communicationsEffective verbal and written communication skills, being able to convey technical information clearly and concisely to various stakeholdersClear understanding and knowledge of HSEProficiency in quality control and complianceEffective progress tracking and reporting abilitiesExcellent communication and collaboration skillsLogistics:Start date would be September but can be pushed back to October for the right candidateThis will be a 15 month contractMust be willing to be present on site 100% of the timeIf you think you would be an excellent fit for this position and have carried out a similar job before, then please don't hesitate to apply or get in touch with myself directly via email or phoneTel: 0161 240 3750Email: ****** #J-18808-Ljbffr
