Your role: As the Consolidation and Accounting Specialist you will be part of Woolrich's Finance Team.
Your main responsibility will be overseeing all the companies of the Group and prepare the consolidated reporting package and supporting in the accounts payable process.
Your day to day: Supervision of foreign subsidiary accounts Analysis of foreign financial statements, verification of correct preparation of reporting packages/compliance Support in the reconciliation of intercompany items, consolidation entries for periodic (quarterly) and annual IAS/IFRS GAAP closures Drafting of consolidated financial statements and support in preparing explanatory notes; Support in the implementation of the consolidation program in Board, harmonization of accounting structures Daily support in the administration area and accounting processes such as: invoice registration, account payables, ecc.. Support in the periodical audit process Your added value to the team: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Economics or Business Administration Previous experience in similar roles in a global company of at least 1 or 2 years Excellent knowledge of ITA GAAP and IAS/IFRS Fluency in written/spoken English Strong knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel Experience in dealing with foreign teams Strong analytical and proactive approach to problem solving Organizational skills and ability to plan tasks according to tight deadlines Teamworking attitude, collaboration and relational flexibility If this sounds like you and you would like to join a collaborative and challenging environment where working means loving what you do, going the extra-mile, and learning from others, then please apply with a CV in English: we're looking forward to reviewing your application!
